The staff really made a difference. they were incredibly polite and accommodating,, which enhanced my experience.
I found the taxi service arranged by the hotel to be overpriced and frustrating. it left me questioning their recommendations.

During my stay, the hot water supply was virtually nonexistent, and I had to endure cold showers. the toilet seat was dirty, and the shower drain was completely blocked. I was deeply disappointed that my concerns weren't addressed during my stay, and I never received any follow-up from the staff despite my complaints.
